K. Homes First Harz House - The first of our 3 group houses is an architect-designed house for up to 16 people amidst greenery.
We are very pleased to welcome you in our fully renovated 70s architect house. Just a 5-minute walk from the center, the house is situated amidst the greenery of Clausthal-Zellerfeld, as part of the Harz National Park.
From the entrance area located on the first floor, you enter the main part of our house. Right from the wind trap, you are greeted by the open design area of the kitchen, dining, and living room with a fireplace. These spaces are all interconnected, enabling constant communication. On this floor, there's also a very spacious terrace which can be accessed from the living room.
The terrace provides seating arrangements, a grill, and a fire pit. Above the living space, there's a gallery. Due to the resulting ceiling height, a pleasant, generous sense of space is created. Adjacent to the living room is a hallway where books, games, and toys can be found. From there, you enter the bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. Furthermore, you proceed to a bedroom with a bunk bed and another bedroom with a double bed.
On the upper floor, there's a gallery from which you have a view into the living room and the kitchen. Here, you can have cozy conversations on the seating group or use the sofa bed for overnight stays. From the gallery, you enter a spacious bedroom with two double beds, and another bedroom with a double bed.
On the ground floor is a highlight of the house. In this huge room, you can spend your time playing billiards, foosball, darts, and watching TV. There's another entrance to the house here. If someone wants to quickly step outside for a smoke (as smoking is not allowed inside the house), they can easily access the outdoors. At the entrance of the ground floor, you'll also find a toilet. For those who prefer a quieter pace and want to relax, the ground floor has something for you too. The sauna can offer a chance to unwind after the numerous activities that Harz has to offer. Through a hallway, you'll get to two more bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and another access to the house.
In one bedroom there's a double bed, in the other a bunk bed with 3 sleeping spots.
Directly on the house premises, there's a parking space for 2 - 3 vehicles. Additional free parking spots are available on the street. Furthermore, a garage is at your disposal. Here, items like motorcycles, bicycles, sleds, and skis can find a dry place.
Children will be delighted that the house is located on a play street and there's a playground nearby, from which they can wave to their parents relaxing on the terrace.

Bedroom 1 on the upper floor: 2 x double bed 180 x 200
Bedroom 2 on the upper floor: 1 x double bed 140 x 200
Sofa bed on the upper floor: 140 x 190
Bedroom 1 on the middle floor: 1 x double bed 180 x 200
Bedroom 2 on the middle floor: 1 x bunk bed 90 x 200
Bedroom 1 on the ground floor: 1 x double bed 140 x 200
Bedroom 2 on the ground floor: 1 x bunk bed bottom 140 x 200 and top 90 x 200
If you need bed linen, bed sheets, shower towels, and towels,
we offer these in a linen package for 10.00 Euros per package.
We kindly ask you to inform us at the time of booking if you wish to avail this.
For the final cleaning of the large house, we charge 150.00 Euros.
